Limited 45-Day Warranty Against Factory Defects
Tease Hair Extensions LLC, doing business as KOVI Hair (“KOVI,” “we,” or “us”), provides the following limited warranty on the consumer products it sells. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth below. It covers factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of forty-five (45) days commencing on the date of delivery. This Limited Warranty is provided by Tease Hair Extensions LLC, 151 Kalmus Dr M-1, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Please read it carefully and retain a copy for your records.
Hair Inspection & Approval Policy
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect and verify all colors, lengths, and products prior to washing, coloring, cutting, altering, or installing the hair. Our goal is to make sure you have the perfect match for your client and achieve the most seamless blend possible. If for any reason you believe you may have received an incorrect color, length, or item, please contact us immediately before altering or installing the hair so we can quickly assist you in finding a better match and resolving the issue as efficiently as possible.
Once the hair has been washed, colored, cut, styled, altered, or installed, it is considered approved as received and is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Coverage begins on the date of delivery of the product and expires forty-five (45) days thereafter.
- Extreme shedding from wefting or properly installed individual bonds
- Extreme fading
- Cuticle misalignment & tangling
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover hair that has been:
- Colored, toned, bleached, or chemically treated in any way
- Altered from its original state
- Damaged due to improper installation, improper care, misuse, or neglect
Such alterations make it impossible to evaluate factory defects, and therefore fall outside the scope of this warranty. This warranty also does not cover damage arising from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Notify Us
Contact KOVI Hair within forty-five (45) days of the date of delivery if you suspect a defect.

In-Salon Evaluation
Before submitting a warranty claim, we strongly recommend that clients visit their stylist in person for a wash and style appointment.
- This allows the stylist to evaluate the hair and rule out simple issues such as incorrect washing techniques, improper use of products, or installation errors.
- During this appointment, the stylist can document any concerns with photos to include with the warranty claim, which helps expedite the evaluation process.

Return for Manufacturer Evaluation
Once a claim is initiated, you will have seven (7) days to return the product for in-person evaluation by KOVI Hair.

Evaluation Outcome
- If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the hair at no cost.
- If no defect is found, the original product will be returned to you.
Important Details
- This warranty provides for replacement only — no refunds will be issued under this warranty.
- Warranty coverage is limited to one (1) replacement per order under this warranty.
- This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Legal Disclosures
Limitation of Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the period of this written warranty, except that where applicable law requires a longer minimum duration, such implied warranties shall continue for that minimum period to the extent required by law. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tease Hair Extensions LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product or from any breach of this warranty, including but not limited to salon service costs, styling costs, or any other expenses. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your Legal Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Governing Law: This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this warranty is further subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms & Conditions.
