At KOVI Hair, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 45-day warranty against factory defects to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers the following factory-related defects:
- Extreme shedding from wefting or properly installed individual bonds
- Extreme fading
- Cuticle misalignment & Tangling
Warranty Guidelines
To qualify for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Notify Us
Contact KOVI Hair within 45 days of your purchase if you suspect a defect.
In-Salon Evaluation (Highly Recommended)
Before submitting a warranty claim, we strongly recommend that clients visit their stylist in person for a wash and style appointment.
- This allows the stylist to evaluate the hair and rule out simple issues such as incorrect washing techniques, improper use of products, or installation errors.
- During this appointment, the stylist can document any concerns with photos to include with the warranty claim, which helps expedite the evaluation process.
Return for Manufacturer Evaluation
Once a claim is initiated, you will have 7 days to return the product for in-person evaluation by KOVI Hair.
Evaluation Outcome
- If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the hair at no cost.
- If no defect is found, the original product will be returned to you.
Important Details
- This warranty offers replacement only — no refunds will be issued.
- Warranty coverage includes a one-time replacement per order.
- The warranty is void if the hair has been colored, toned, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
