Welcome to kovihair.com. The kovihair.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Kovi Hair LLC. ("Kovi Hair"). Your use of kovihair.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
KOVI HAIR is a professional resource for 100% Human hair. KOVI Hair offers Handtied wefts, Volume Wefts, Keratin tips, I-tips, & Micro Wefts along with all of the installation tools needed for your application.

Privacy
Your use of kovihair.com is subject to Kovi Hair's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting kovihair.com or sending emails to Kovi Hair constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
SMS / Text Message Program
When you opt in to KOVI Hair's text message program (the "SMS Program"), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages — including promotions, product and restock updates, order and shipping notifications, and abandoned cart reminders — at the mobile number you provide. Our text messaging is powered by Klaviyo, our third-party messaging provider, which delivers messages on our behalf. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you represent that you are the account holder for the number provided, or that you are authorized to enroll that number.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, billed by and payable to your wireless carrier.
To cancel: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send a one-time confirmation, and you will no longer receive messages from the SMS Program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to enroll. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your participation in the SMS Program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Kovi Hair is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Kovi Hair and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
Kovi Hair does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use kovihair.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We provide a 45-day limited warranty on all products, commencing from the date of purchase. In the event that you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact us to request a complimentary return shipping label so that you may send the product back to us for evaluation. Upon receipt, KOVI shall thoroughly inspect the returned item to determine the presence of any manufacturing defects. If a defect is identified, KOVI will take appropriate action to rectify the situation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Please note: Any hair products that have been colored, processed, or otherwise altered in any manner will not be eligible for warranty coverage. By modifying the product, you expressly waive any and all warranties, whether express or implied, provided by KOVI.
This limited warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accidents. Furthermore, this warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KOVI disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Time-Sensitive Appointments & Liability Disclaimer
We strongly recommend allowing additional time when ordering for scheduled installations, client appointments, events, travel, or other time-sensitive services.
While KOVI Hair works hard to deliver accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment from our facility, shipping transit times and carrier operations are outside of our control. Delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, weather conditions, carrier interruptions, operational delays, or unforeseen transit issues may occasionally occur.
KOVI Hair is not responsible for missed appointments, installation delays, rebooking fees, loss of business, lost wages, client dissatisfaction, or any other consequential or incidental damages resulting from shipping delays, carrier issues, products not arriving in time for a scheduled service, or the rare instance of an incorrect shipment being sent out.
Additionally, while we strive to provide the most accurate color representation possible, variations in screen settings, lighting, and individual interpretation may affect color expectations. We strongly encourage customers to inspect all hair thoroughly upon arrival and prior to scheduling appointments, washing, altering, coloring, cutting, or installing the hair.
If you believe you may have received an incorrect color or product, please contact us immediately prior to installation so we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Limitation of remedy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy for any shipping- or delivery-related issue is limited to the amount you paid for the affected shipping charges, where applicable. Any guarantee, refund, or credit offered by a carrier for a missed or guaranteed service level is a matter between you and the carrier, and any such claim must be filed directly with the carrier.
By placing an order with KOVI Hair, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Additional shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Kovi Hair and Kovi Hair is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Kovi Hair is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Kovi Hair of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via kovihair.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the kovihair.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Kovi Hair may share such information and data with any third party with whom Kovi Hair has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of kovihair.com users and customers. All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Kovi Hair or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN.

AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
Termination/Access Restriction
Kovi Hair reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
Changes to Terms
Kovi Hair reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which kovihair.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Kovi Hair encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
