Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Costa Mesa, California.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. We only ship on business days. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery services.

Orders placed by 3:30 PM PST are guaranteed to ship the same business day.

Please note that our same-day shipping guarantee only applies when there are no issues with the order, including but not limited to address discrepancies, payment verification issues, or inventory availability. We kindly ask that customers ensure all shipping and contact information is entered correctly at checkout in case we need to reach you regarding your order.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Orders shipping to PO Boxes must be shipped through USPS.

Please note that shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Shipping

Yes. We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. If you would like shipping to a destination not listed, please contact us directly.

International orders may be shipped using UPS, DHL, or FedEx. KOVI Hair reserves the right to select the carrier that we believe will provide the safest and most efficient delivery service for your location.

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT charges, or any additional fees imposed by their country. We recommend researching potential import costs prior to placing your order.

If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, any shipping charges, return fees, or carrier penalties incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues & Support

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect and verify all colors, lengths, and products prior to washing, coloring, cutting, altering, or installing the hair. Our goal is to make sure you have the perfect match for your client and achieve the most seamless blend possible. If for any reason you believe you may have received an incorrect color, length, or item, please contact us immediately before altering or installing the hair so we can quickly assist you in finding a better match and resolving the issue as efficiently as possible.

Once the hair has been washed, colored, cut, styled, altered, or installed, it is considered approved as received and is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

At KOVI Hair, we take great care to ensure that all orders are packed accurately and shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information confirming that your package has been shipped with the correct carrier service requested.

Please note that while we guarantee the accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders on our end, delays caused by UPS or any other shipping carrier, including weather delays, operational delays, missed scans, or delivery interruptions, are out of our control and not covered under our warranties, guarantees, or refund policies.

Any claims related to shipping delays, late deliveries, lost packages, or carrier-related service issues must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We are always happy to assist by providing tracking information or shipment details when needed, but we cannot guarantee delivery times won't include a delay once a package has left our facility.

We strongly encourage customers to plan accordingly when ordering for time-sensitive appointments or installations.

Please contact us immediately if you believe your package has been lost in transit. Occasionally, packages may experience tracking delays or temporary stalls within the carrier network. We are happy to assist in providing shipment information and helping guide you through the carrier claim process.

We strongly recommend allowing additional time when ordering for scheduled installations, client appointments, events, travel, or other time-sensitive services.

While KOVI Hair works hard to deliver accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment from our facility, shipping transit times and carrier operations are outside of our control. Delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, weather conditions, carrier interruptions, operational delays, or unforeseen transit issues may occasionally occur.

KOVI Hair is not responsible for missed appointments, installation delays, rebooking fees, loss of business, lost wages, client dissatisfaction, or any other consequential or incidental damages resulting from shipping delays, carrier issues, products not arriving in time for a scheduled service, or the rare instance of an incorrect shipment being sent out.

Additionally, while we strive to provide the most accurate color representation possible, variations in screen settings, lighting, and individual interpretation may affect color expectations. We strongly encourage customers to inspect all hair thoroughly upon arrival and prior to scheduling appointments, washing, altering, coloring, cutting, or installing the hair.

If you believe you may have received an incorrect color or product, please contact us immediately prior to installation so we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

By placing an order with KOVI Hair, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery status is determined solely by the shipping carrier using their tracking system.

If tracking confirms that your package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, KOVI Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend the following:

  • Verify the shipping address entered on your order
  • Check around your property and with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or trace request

While we are happy to assist by providing tracking details or shipment documentation, KOVI Hair cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement once a package has been confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If you would prefer your package be held for pickup at a UPS facility, we recommend creating or logging into your UPS My Choice account to manage delivery preferences.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. KOVI Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
