We get it — choosing the perfect hair color online can be tricky! That's why we offer full refunds and exchanges, as long as the conditions below are met.

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with bindings attached. Removing the netting around hair extensions is ok.
Hair extensions must not be washed, used, or altered in any way. Non-hair items such as tools, beads, etc. must be returned in original condition with packaging.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
There is no charge to do a return but if items are sent back with damaged packaging or missing bindings a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. Please use a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable. Clip-in hair extensions and temporary hair systems are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
Please allow 1–2 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are processed immediately but may take an additional 1–5 business days to appear in your account. If store credit was selected, you will receive it via email immediately after we process your return.
Warranty FAQs
KOVI Hair offers a limited 45-day warranty against factory defects to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase. This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Our warranty covers the following factory-related defects:
- Extreme shedding from wefting or properly installed individual bonds
- Extreme fading
- Cuticle misalignment & tangling
This warranty does not cover hair that has been colored, toned, bleached, or chemically treated in any way, altered from its original state, or damaged due to improper installation, improper care, misuse, or neglect.
This warranty offers replacement only — no refunds will be issued under this warranty. Coverage includes one replacement per order. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
1. Notify Us — Contact KOVI Hair within 45 days of your purchase if you suspect a defect.
2. In-Salon Evaluation — Please inspect your client's hair which may include washing and drying a quadrant so it can be evaluated to rule out simple issues and document any concerns with photos.
3. Return for Evaluation — Once a claim is initiated, you will have 7 days to return the product for in-person evaluation by KOVI Hair.
4. Outcome — If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the hair at no cost. If no defect is found, the original product will be returned to you.
