At KOVI Hair, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 45-day warranty against factory defects to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers the following factory-related defects:

  • Extreme shedding from wefting or properly installed individual bonds

  • Extreme fading 

  • Cuticle misalignment & Tangling

Warranty Guidelines

To qualify for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Contact KOVI Hair within 45 days of your purchase if you suspect a defect.

  2. In-Salon Evaluation (Highly Recommended):
    Before submitting a warranty claim, we strongly recommend that clients visit their stylist in person for a wash and style appointment. 

    • This allows the stylist to evaluate the hair and rule out simple issues such as incorrect washing techniques, improper use of products, or installation errors.

    • During this appointment, the stylist can document any concerns with photos to include with the warranty claim, which helps expedite the evaluation process.

  3. Return for Manufacturer Evaluation: Once a claim is initiated, you will have 7 days to return the product for in-person evaluation by KOVI Hair.

  4. Evaluation Outcome:

    • If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the hair at no cost.

    • If no defect is found, the original product will be returned to you.

Important Details

  • This warranty offers replacement only — no refunds will be issued.

  • Warranty coverage includes a one-time replacement per order.

  • The warranty is void if the hair has been colored, toned, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
