Return Policy


        May I return or exchange an item?

        Absolutely! We understand that picking out hair colors online can be difficult and we are here to help.

        You may request a full refund, store credit or an exchange for returned products  within 30 days of purchase*. Items must be returned in their original packaging in new condition.

        Please click not the above link to initiate a return.

        *Clip-in hair and temporary hair systems are not returnable for hygienic reasons. 

        Items returned without packaging or damaged packaging where the product is in otherwise new condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please include images of these such cases with your return request so they can be evaluated prior to returning.


        Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?

        Yes, you are responsible for shipping costs during an exchange. We can send you a prepaid return label for $6 or you can provide your own shipping method. Please make sure your return includes tracking-  we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are making an exchange and would like to include a prepaid label for us to ship you out your new items, please include it with your return.  


        When will I receive my exchange/store credit?

        Upon receipt, please allow 24-48 hours to process your return. If you have selected a refund the credit back to you may take 1-3 business days t show up in your account. Store credit will be issued via email upon processing.
