Coloring extensions will void all warranties: Hair dyes and stains may adversely affect the cuticle of hair extensions; therefore, hair cannot be returned for any reason if it has been dyed, lightened, toned, or treated with purple shampoo.
*Clip-in hair and temporary hair systems are non-returnable due to hygienic concerns.
Items returned without packaging or with damaged packaging, while the product itself remains in new condition, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please include images of such cases with your return request to facilitate evaluation before returning the item.

Yes, you are responsible for shipping costs during an exchange. Please make sure your return includes tracking - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are making an exchange and would like to include a prepaid label for us to ship you out your new items, please include it with your return.
Upon receipt, please allow us 2-4 business days to process your return after we receive it. If you have selected a refund, the credit back to you may take 1-5 business days to show up in your account. Store credit will be issued via email upon processing.
YES! We offer a 45 day manufacturer warranty on all products from the date of purchase. If you feel like there is a manufacturer defect please request a free return label to send it back to us for review. KOVI will inspect the hair upon return for defects. If a defect is found KOVI will rectify the situation. Hair that is colored or processed in any way voids all warranties.
