We get it—choosing the perfect hair color online can be tricky! That’s why we offer full refunds and exchanges, as long as the following conditions are met:
Return Eligibility
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee applies if:
The original packaging is damaged or missing.
The original binding has been removed or altered.
Hair extensions must not be washed, used, or altered in any way.
Non-hair items (tools, beads, etc.) must be returned in original condition with packaging.
Removing the netting is perfectly fine and will not result in a restocking fee.
Note: Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
Clip-in hair extensions and temporary hair systems are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
Use a tracked shipping service to avoid lost or stolen packages (we are not responsible for these).
Want a prepaid return? Include a prepaid, self-addressed envelope with tracking for your exchange, or we can invoice you for the return shipping cost of your new item.
Processing Your Exchange or Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
If you selected a refund, it may take 1–5 business days to appear in your account.
Store credit will be sent to you via email after processing.
45-Day Warranty Against Factory Defects
We stand by the quality of our products! KOVI Hair offers a 45-day warranty against factory defects, including:
Extreme shedding
Extreme fading
Tangling
Cuticle misalignment
Warranty Guidelines:
You must notify KOVI Hair of any suspected defect within 45 days of purchase.
Once notified, you’ll have 7 days to return the product for evaluation.
If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the hair at no cost.
If no defect is found, the hair will be returned to you.
Note: The warranty is void if the hair has been colored, toned, chemically treated, or altered in any way.

Yes, you are responsible for shipping costs during an exchange. Please make sure your return includes tracking - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are making an exchange and would like to include a prepaid label for us to ship you out your new items, please include it with your return.
Upon receipt, please allow us 2-4 business days to process your return after we receive it. If you have selected a refund, the credit back to you may take 1-5 business days to show up in your account. Store credit will be issued via email upon processing.
YES! We offer a 45 day manufacturer warranty on all products from the date of purchase. If you feel like there is a manufacturer defect please request a free return label to send it back to us for review. KOVI will inspect the hair upon return for defects. If a defect is found KOVI will rectify the situation. Hair that is colored or processed in any way voids all warranties.
