Where do you ship from?

We ship from Costa Mesa, California.


What days of the week do you ship?

Orders ship every day Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We only ship on business days. Packages are not shipped on weekends.


What is your shipping cut off time?

Orders received by 4pm PST are *guaranteed* to ship out same day. 

*Our same day shipping guarantee is only valid if there is not an issue with your order such as an address discrepancy, or stock issue. Please make sure your contact information on file is correct in case we need to get a hold of you about an issue with your order.


What shipping carrier does KOVI HAIR use?

All shipping is done through UPS except for PO Box addresses which must ship via the United States Postal Service.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. If you have a special request for an area not listed please contact us.

International shipping is provided with one of the following carriers - UPS, DHL, and FedEx. will use their discretion when choosing which carrier is best for each international address based on quick and efficient delivery times. Customers are responsible for all customs and import fees imposed by their country. 

It is the customers responsibility to research customs fees for their destination. Any fees or loss of shipping costs for returned merchandise will be the customers duty to pay.


What if I have a UPS/FedEx account and want to pay for my own shipping?

This can be arranged. Please call us to coordinate this type of service 949.945.0224.


What if my package doesn't arrive on time?

We guarantee to fulfill orders accurately and on time or we will refund your shipping fees*. Orders with out-of-stock issues and/or incomplete/inaccurate shipping details may take additional time to fill and do not qualify for this guarantee. We will contact you immediately if there is an issue filling your order so we may resolve and ship your order as quickly as possible. If your shipping was delayed due to the postal carrier, a natural disaster, bad weather, strike, etc. that is out of our control and is not refundable. 


What if my package is lost?

Please contact us immediately if you think your package has been lost in transit. Rarely a package may stall at a checkpoint but we will help you resolve this. 


 What if my package says delivered but it never arrived?

We will need to investigate these types of circumstances. If a package was stolen from your doorstep we will not refund or reship these orders. It is the customers responsibility to select a safe shipping address and secure your package. If you would prefer your package held at a UPS facility for pick up, please create/log in to your UPS MyChoice account to have your package held or redirected.
