This small, hands-on training will guide you through the complete hidden row sew-in extension process so you can begin offering this high-demand service to your clients right away.

Whether you're new to extensions or looking to refine your technique, you'll leave with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform beautiful, seamless installs.

Method detail

This class will do a deep dive into a hidden row sewn-in application involving a beaded base with genius wefts under and on top of the base hiding the application base completely. Genius Wefts will be used to demonstrate how to securely sew hair on to your beaded foundation with an emphasis on how to lock down corners and ensure the comfort and security of your installation.

Class Schedule

10:00 AM — Morning Demonstration Session

Kristin will begin the day with a live demonstration, completing a full sew-in application while teaching the fundamentals of the technique and answering student questions.

Topics covered include:

• Creating the perfect beaded foundation
• Proper sectioning and placement techniques
• Various stitching methods for securing corners and multiple wefts
• Professional tie-off techniques for clean, secure installs

Afternoon Session — Hands-On Training

After lunch, students will move into the hands-on portion of the class.

You’ll practice the sew-in technique using a class mannequin while receiving personal instruction from Kristin Grip, ensuring you leave feeling confident performing the service behind the chair.
